Oct 08 2006   HORIZON DJIBOUTI RECEIVES FIRST VESSEL AFTER OFFICIAL INAUGURATION Horizon Djibouti Terminals Limited (HDTL) recently received its first vessel, in Doraleh, Ethiopia. This follows the successful inauguration of HDTL on June 3rd when the contract was signed between Alain Siozac, General Manager, HDTL and Yigzaw Mekonnen, General Manager, Ethiopia Petroleum Enterprise (EPE).
